RETURNS

Services we offer are exempted from being refunded. Also, any products used at the time of  service we offer are exempted from being refunded or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return for the purchase of the product, your item must be unused and in the  same condition that you received it. A product is eligible for a return or exchange, if the product’s  expiry date is crossed or if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. In no other cases will a product be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t  offer you a return or exchange.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in the original packing. We don’t have any policy to refund the amount, it will be given as a direct exchange or a credit for the same amount to purchase a different product. After approved return the credit must be used within 30 days. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or have crossed expiry date. SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: VetAg Ventures Pvt  Ltd., Plot No. 11, 12, 13, Village Amberhai, Sector-19, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping  costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may  vary. 

If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or  purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
